This policy explains what personal information Codeshift Healthcare Solutions ("Codeshift", "we") collects through this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you apply for a course, we collect the details you type into the application form: your name, email address, phone number, city, qualification, experience level and the course you are interested in.
When you apply for a job with us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, age, gender, qualification, the coding profile you describe, and the resume file you upload.
When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we receive whatever you choose to share in that conversation.
We do not ask for payment details on this website.
How we use it
We use course applications to contact you, understand your background, recommend the right course, and handle admissions. We use job applications only to assess you for roles at Codeshift.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other organisations for their own marketing.
Where it is stored and who processes it
Applications are sent to our admissions or HR inbox by our email service provider and stored in our own application records. Resumes uploaded with job applications are stored on our server and can be opened only by Codeshift staff.
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. It checks your browser to confirm a person, not a bot, is submitting the form.
Web fonts and icons on this site are loaded from Google Fonts and cdnjs, which means those services receive your IP address when you visit. Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
Cookies and similar technology
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The chat assistant remembers, for the length of your visit only, that it has already opened once, so it does not keep reopening. Cloudflare Turnstile may use technology it needs for security checks. Staff who sign in to our admin area receive a session cookie.
How long we keep it
We keep application details for as long as we need them for admissions, recruitment and our own records, or until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email [email protected] or call +91 94860 55316 and we will respond as soon as we can.
Children
Our courses are designed for graduates and working professionals. This website is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
